Each PSEO student’s school district pays a portion of the tuition and student fees. Bemidji State University covers any remaining balance.

For students from charter and home schools, the Minnesota Department of Education pays the university for tuition and textbooks.

The student is responsible for any other costs incurred at the university (parking permits, library fees, computer fees, room and board, non-returned books, transportation and supply/classroom fees not covered in tuition costs).

Note: Students will return all books to the Bemidji State University Bookstore upon completion of the semester.
