BEMIDJI, Minn. — Bemidji State University’s Outdoor Program Center will offer a pair of  skiing-related activites this week, including a free shuttle to Bemidji’s Buena Vista Ski Area and an introduction to cross-country skiing.

• Cross country ski clinic
The OPC will be offering a free introduction to cross-country skiing on Wednesday, Feb. 11, from 3-5 p.m. at the OPC Boathouse in Diamond Point Park. All equipment will be provided.

• Buena Vista ski area shuttle
The OPC will be offering a shuttle to Bemidji’s Buena Vista Ski Area on Friday, Feb. 13. The free shuttle will depart from the Gillett Recreation and Fitness Center on the Bemidji State campus at 5 p.m. and return at 8 p.m.

Those interested in participating in the cross-country ski clinic or the Buena Vista shuttle are encouraged to call the OPC to confirm the start times for the events in advance.
