The faculty members of Bemidji State University are in the Regional Spotlight. From a recent performance, Lauren McNee, Benjamin Cold and Seulgee Lee Nelson performed Jennifer Higdon’s “Dash.” The same program also included an arrangement made by MPR’s Alison Young of Astor Piazzolla’s “Lo Que Vendra”(What’s Next?) for flute and piano. The score includes the instruction, “play like an Argentine dancer – proud and vigorous.”
