100 people came together to show their Hockey Day Minnesota pride today on the BSU campus.

Exactly 100 people gathered under the Bemidji State University Alumni Arch in sub-zero temperatures to show their Hockey Day Minnesota pride at the “World’s Largest Hockey Stick Salute” on Jan. 18.

During the salute, participants raised their hockey stick in the air and tapped it to the ground in support and celebration of all hockey teams playing on the ice throughout Hockey Day Minnesota weekend.
