Bemidji State University Hosts Educators for Special Education Conference

The Bemidji State University Department of Professional Education welcomed special educators, parents, paraeducators and others to a special education conference on July 21 in Hagg Sauer Hall.

Led by BSU professional education faculty, the conference featured sessions about culturally responsive teaching, trauma informed instruction, data collection and paraeducator guidance, among others. The event was free for participants.

Continuing education credits were available to attendees at the conclusion of the conference.
