On-Campus, Social Work

BSU’s traditional bachelor of science in social work degree is a four-year undergraduate professional degree. The first two years consist of liberal education that include a series of foundation and pre-admission courses. Then students apply for admission to the Social Work program, which includes four semesters of core classes.

On-Campus, Social Work

The on-campus experience is a traditional face-to-face Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree program. Students complete 70 credit hours, including 540 hours of hands-on practice within a human service organization. Students can complete the one-semester, 400-hour internship within a four-hour radius of Bemidji State University.
