International Student Orientation is a two-day event full of activities, new friendships and preparations to start your life at Bemidji State. As such, we require all new international students to attend the full orientation session in order to attend classes.
Attendance at orientation is mandatory. Courtesy transportation from the Bemidji airport or Bemidji bus station to the BSU campus is available for students with on-campus housing (see all of the details–including specific dates–on the arrival form). Please submit your application and contract for your residence hall well in advance of your arrival.

- Registration for classes
- Student activities and on-campus involvement
It is essential that you arrive in Bemidji on or just before the recommended arrival date to ensure your attendance at the Orientation program.
