Grimes Named Outstanding Student of the Year at 35th Indian Students Banquet

Bemidji State University held its 35th annual American Indian Students Awards Banquet April 16 in the Beaux Arts Ballroom.

Dr. Anton Treuer, executive director of the American Indian Resource Center, served as the master of ceremonies. Micheal Sullivan gave the invocation and Dr. David Treuer delivered the keynote address.

Bryanna Grimes, a senior majoring in art & design and design technology, was named the 2014-15 Outstanding Student of the Year.
