The Outdoor Program Center at Bemidji State University sponsored a sailing regatta July 2nd on Lake Bemidji as part of the Bemidji Jaycees Water Carnival activities over the Independence Day weekend. Two more sailing regattas are scheduled this summer, July 15 and August 17, that will be staged from the OPC waterfront at Diamond Point Park and are open to sailors of all abilities.
