  • Multiculturalism and Diversity. The Department of Psychology at Bemidji State University is dedicated to preparing students who will apply their psychological knowledge in an increasingly diverse world. We strive to create and sustain a welcoming, supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Scholarships. The Psychology Department offers several annual scholarships, in addition to a biannual scholarship (alternating with the Music Department), and the InPsyT program.
  • Internships. As a part of undergraduate education, internships provide an opportunity to receive hands-on training; students are also able to earn the mental health practitioner credential to engage in limited practice after graduation.
