Through initiatives, the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion pursues matters concerning policy, institutional structure, practice, and education to advance the University as we aspire to infuse DEIA+ into all functions. Each initiative has a cycle no less than one year in length. We do this to ensure appropriate attention, implementation, and resources are allocated to our initiatives.
