At Bemidji State University, people are at the heart of our success. We are committed to creating a campus environment where employees and students are sought out, welcomed, valued, supported and inspired to do their best work through intentional professional development, collaboration and belonging. We aim to cultivate a culture that prioritizes both individual growth and collective wellbeing.
Our culture supports early resolution when an individual or team experiences workplace concerns. Employees are encouraged to discuss concerns with their direct supervisor for assistance, guidance and paths to resolution. Concerns are handled in a prompt and fair manner.
