No more waiting in line at a traditional window, we’ve upgraded to a one-on-one service model designed to make your experience even better!  Whether you’re a student navigating tuition payment or a staff/faculty member picking up a parking permit, our redesigned space is here to serve you like never before!

Bemidji State University strongly encourages students to make payments to their accounts through eServices, and to sign up for direct deposit for financial aid overages and student payroll.

Cashiers Hours and Procedures

The Cashiers office has a new face lift. The cashiers office no longer has a large window, its been redesigned to have a more 1:1 experience.

Cashiers Hours: Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Location: Deputy Hall 202

Employees can review cash handling and deposit procedures for events, cash, checks and credit cards.

Payment Options

Payments can be made online (by credit card or e-check), by check or money order or in person at the Cashiers window.

These cards are available for various uses including but not limited to:  SUCCESS program students, students in need, job fairs, student activities/events or campus surveys.
