Enjoy the convenience of making payments online through MyBSU. Whether you’re paying your balance for the term, viewing full account details or making a quick payment, our e-Services platform is secure, easy and accessible 24/7.
To see your charges and/or make your payments, go to MyBSU.
- Enter your username and password. For first time log-in, click on: New Account Activation.
- Click on e-Services
- Click on “bills and payments”
- Choose between
- Balance due by term (current balance due by term)
- Full account detail (charges, payments and financial aid for all terms)
- Make a payment (use MasterCard, Visa, Discover or e-Check)

In Person
For those who prefer face-to-face transactions, you’re welcome to visit the Cashiers Office Deputy 202 during the hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Closed during 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
- Accounts receivable staff are available from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, ready to assist you.
- An after-hours payment drop box is also available outside the Cashier/Accounts Receivable door Deputy 202.
Please include your student I.D. number on all payments.
