Before a student submits Form 4, Application for Graduation for an Applied Masters, the student must first have the following items approved and on file in the School of Graduate Studies: a) Been officially admitted into an applied master’s program through the application process; b) Form 2-Application for Admission to Candidacy (grad plan); c) Form 3-Graduate Project and Presentation Proposal Approval; and d) have completed all course work (core requirements and electives) prior to applying for graduation. Form 4 should be submitted to the School of Graduate Studies when the student registers for the final course requirement.
