To help plan for your arrival and enrollment at Bemidji State University, we ask that you complete and submit the Arrival Notification Form (below) as soon as possible.

Orientation check-in dates for new international students at Bemidji State University is scheduled:

August 19, 2026	January 7, 2027

Attendance at orientation is mandatory. Courtesy transportation from the Bemidji airport or Bemidji bus station to the BSU campus is available for students with on-campus housing (see all of the details–including specific dates–on the arrival form). Please submit your application and contract for your residence hall well in advance of your arrival.
