Fines and Consequences

  • Underage Consumption – Mandatory court appearance with up to $1000 fine and/or 90 days in jail.  A conviction will result in probation.  Subsequent convictions ALWAYS result in executed jail time
  • Open Alcohol Container – $50 fine
  • Loud Party – $100 fine
  • Littering – $100 fine
  • Disorderly Conduct – $150 fine
  • Public Urination – $50 fine

* $80 surcharge is added to every fine
