A confirmation email will be sent to you one or two business days after your form is received. Please only submit this form once. If you are attempting to change a previously scheduled NSR date, please contact your Admissions Representative, call admissions at 800-236-4354 or 218-755-2040, or email admissions@bemidjistate.edu. If the November 17, 2023 NSR date does not work for you, you may select the "Remote Registration" option, and in that case you will work one-on-one with an academic advisor during a virtual appointment on a date and time of your choice.
